Pale Ale:
Sea bream poached in a citrus nage, yellow courgette ravioli, grapefruit salsa, yellow courgette fritti

​

Indian Pale Ale:
Cured pigeon breast, blue cheese rarebit, cucumber & pea-shoot, caramelised walnut crumble

​

Saison:
Fallen Peach. Peach & turmeric arancini, roast peach, Irish seaweed (v)

​

London Porter:
Roast kid w. coffee and cardamom, chocolate and chicory sauce, potato rosti, hibiscus pickled radish and cucumber

​

Tasting Notes:

Pale Ale is matched with sea bream poached in a citrus nage (which is a citrus flavoured stock) with grapefruit notes

​

The stronger IPA is matched with the earthy flavours of marinated breast of pigeon with a blue cheese rarebit

​

The rich flavours of a roast shoulder of kid and a coffee and black cardamom sauce echo the strength of a London Porter

​

Lighter saison beers have inspired 'The Fallen Peach', peach and turmeric arancini (a deep fried rissotto ball with a filling in the centre). The Fallen Peach is vegetarian.

​
